Haddon Point wrapped up construction on brand new luxury apartments and headed into prime leasing season with one goal in mind: reach 95% occupancy by the end of the year. They were excited and ready to start giving tours of the beautifully designed 1 and 2 bedroom apartments featuring a resort-style pool, 6,700 clubhouse and state-of-the-art gym!

Haddon Point partnered with REV to develop an essential 6-month marketing foundation with solutions designed to position their brand as the first choice for potential lessees in the Philadelphia/South Jersey region. Our goal was to showcase the “Haddon Point Experience” to target audiences- luxury, modern apartments with exceptional amenities designed for easy, maintenance-free living.

The Challenge

With the real estate market booming, Haddon Point needed to stand out in a crowded space with competitors at every turn. First we tackled the challenge of identifying their core target audience personas and put together a brand awareness campaign highlighting the modern, spacious interior, exceptional amenities and convenient location just 15 minutes from Philadelphia.

With the ultimate goal of signing new leases, we understood that the first step was getting potential renters through the door to truly experience the lifestyle they’ve been waiting for. Our next challenge was to develop the creative, messaging and content needed to generate leads and inspire individuals to schedule a tour.


Our Approach

We immediately went to work crafting a cohesive marketing strategy to launch the brand in time to kick-off prime leasing season in March. Solutions designed to take potential renters through the Awareness, Consideration and Purchase stages of the Buyer’s Journey include:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy including SEO, paid social media campaign (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Google Display and Google PPC campaign. 
  • Produce a dynamic 6, 15 and 30 second “sizzle reel” video to feature on the Haddon Point website and social media channels. 
  • Create and execute an email marketing campaign designed to stay connected with potential renters


We’re proud to share that Haddon Point reached their ambitious goal of 95% occupancy by the end of the year after a highly successful six-month digital and email marketing campaign. With the right combination of fresh creative and strategic messaging, we were able to take their brand to the next level, generate quality leads and help people Find Their Way Home to Haddon Point.
